I really can't speak highly enough of this company. First and foremost, I don't know if you have ever had damage to your home but the experience is traumatic. The responsiveness of this SERVPRO was immediate. I thought it might take hours or days for someone to come out. They come out almost immediately. The project manager took care of everything. From removal of personal items, to storage, repair, insurance claims and reimbursement, dealing with the adjusters, EVERYTHING! All the servicemen were very professional, I was pleasantly surprised that throughout the entire process there was REALLY GREAT communication. Even after hours and weekends the project manager kept me updated by text and calls. When it was done - everything looked like there had never been any damage (some places looked better). I can't thank this family owned and operated - Long Island bred business enough! They treated me like family. Thank you.

I highly recommend SERVPRO of Babylon/Deer Park. I had a fire with water damage in my home.  After SERVPRO arrived I was immediately at ease. They addressed all of my concerns.  The foreman Mike made sure everything was to our liking. The owner (Robert) showed up every day to make sure there was never any issues. They dealt with the insurance adjuster when they found additional sheet rock was needed to be replaced. They cleaned everything, walls, furniture and duct work. The crew was great with anything that was needed to complete the job. I hope I never have these issues again, but if needed I would definitely be using SERVPRO!
