An amazing experience during a difficult time. SERVPRO Babylon Deer Park (Toni) called within 1/2 hour after we called the "800" number, and their people were here within an hour to clean up the water, rip up the carpet and disinfect and protect us from mold, after a pipe burst. They helped us understand the process and got us all the information we needed for the insurance company and were patient and kind when we needed explanations. They rented the storage container and packed everything into it carefully. We also used them for the "rebuild", and it could not have been smoother. Everything was done on time and quickly! I first contacted SERVPRO of Babylon/Deer Park due to a flood that occurred in my basement. From the beginning, the helpful, empathetic staff were a pleasure. They quickly made arrangements to come by and start the drying process and removed all of the damaged portions of the basement. They worked with my insurance company to submit claims for asbestos tile abatement along with estimates for the rebuild. The most annoying thing out of all of this was dealing with my insurance company! But every person at SERVPRO of Babylon/Deer Park, from Robert to Christina and Toni and Diane, and the great group of guys who did the pack-in/out, were helpful, informative, and communicated everything promptly. They also enlisted a local contractor to do the rebuild, and I was so thrilled with them that I want to use them in the future for other things in my house. SERVPRO made a very annoying event much less stressful. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

I had done some internet research on restoration companies, which was soon followed by my home insurance sending me a list of 3 companies they recommended, and SERVPRO in Babylon was one of them. We had a flood in our basement, and while there was furniture, carpet, and walls damaged, it was the very quick onset of mildew that worried us. Robert, the owner, came to us 2 days after the flood, which occurred around midnight, so the next day I was on with my insurance company. From that meeting, Robert has been, with his staff, patient, fast, and thorough. I am writing this review 1/2 way through in that we are on a hold; the crew packed up much of our salvageable possessions (most things were off the floor), but we needed time to get so much random storage stuff sorted...........they addressed the mildew/mold immediately, and that eased our minds.....then we got things packed, some in the POD they have for us, and some in all parts of my house as we had fragile glassware and CD's and LP's that would not survive the cold of winter..........that is all done, but under the carpet we have tiles from the construction, in the fifites, and the glue used in those days had asbestos. There is a firm that Robert works with on these matters, and this Saturday (2-2-19) that will be done. We appreciate Robert and his staff so much that we've asked them to be the restoration crew too.......we need walls, a new floor, our ceiling, and so forth. We know they will work with us, for us, and since this will take some time, I wanted to post this sooner rather than later, as they are there for homeowners (I'm sure businesses too).....it's a stressful time to have your entire basement flooded, and they are sensitive to that.

The SERVPRO of Babylon/Deer Park staff was amazing! We had water damage in our brand new basement that we thought would be hard to repair, we were also afraid of mold damage. The crew was able to save it from becoming worse and even after their work was completed they were very good with following up.  I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.  They were very professional and prompt! We had a pipe break and were completely lost on what to do, our neighbor recommended SERVPRO of Babylon/ Deer Park, We called and Dianne immediately put us at ease with her calming and compassionate demeanor, Within the hour the crew showed up and immediately jumped into action, 10 minutes later the owner Robert actually showed up to address any of our concerns, unbelievable company as well as an unbelievable job.

We called in SERVPRO of Babylon/ Deer Park due to the record rains in our area. While other companies were not taking any more clients Bob and his staff fit us in. We told them we did not care if they came in the middle of the night because we had over 4 feet of water, guess what , that is exactly what they did.
