Dear Robert, Words can't express my strongest appreciation for you, the manner in which you conduct your business is impeccable! Having dealt with hundreds of professional service oriented businesses, you surpassed them all! You did what you said you would and went beyond!  When my parents oil tank ruptured, the horrific mess was beyond my worst nightmare.  I thank God my daughter called you.  I was lost, scared and horrified and then I met SERVPRO at the house.  Sorry about the tears but I was overwhelmed. You came in took charge, didn't blink an eye at this enormous undertaking and made me sigh relief, my guardian angels were here. You are my real life superheroes! We  had a sewage back up and Robert and the men at SERVPRO of Babylon/Deer Park made our mess less stressful, the personal were very professional and got the job done 100%++++

Short and simple, Christmas Eve, 1:00 PM we had a sewage backup, could not believe we actually had someone respond to our needs. We contacted these guys, they came out and completed the job with smiles on their faces. Use this Company or you are nuts.
