Expansion Tank leak

Homeowners were away for a while, upon arriving home they discovered about six inches of water throughout the entire basement area, as you can see, due to the hot water and steam there was not much that was salvageable. Upon arrival we pumped out all the standing water so it was safe for the men to continue to due the emergency services that were needed. This was a complete gut of the basement, everything was removed. We supplied a pod for contents and temporary heating. we installed much needed drying equipment and called it an evening and returned the next morning to check on them.
