Hot water heater leak

This was a hot water heater leak in the basement den in North Babylon New York,  the water  was probably running for a couple of days until the homeowner went down to do the clothes. We received the call at 10:30 that evening, advised the homeowner to call in a plumber and call us when he arrived. we received a call at 1:30 AM that the plumber had arrived and found and was beginning repairs. We set up the crew and arrived at 2:00 AM. We had to remove all the carpet and padding, trim and some drywall. We installed our Dehumidifiers and air movers along with an air scrubber due to the fact that the homeowner has asthma. We installed containment at the top of the staircase as a precautionary measure. Homeowner was thrilled with the service and consideration that was shown. One more happy customer.
