Closet mold

This was a mold remediation job that we had  done in November in East Islip, New York. There was a small air conditioning leak near the pan that had gone unnoticed for a long time and the mold just continued to spread. This closet was where she kept her Police department uniforms and since she is retired she had no reason to go in it. She started smelling an odor but thought it was her dog. It went unnoticed until the service man came to give the system it's yearly tune up. We removed all affected drywall, Hepa Vacuumed the entire area, washed all areas with a solution and proceeded to encapsulate the area. The next day we reinstalled the drywall, taped and gave the first coat of spackle, came back, spackled again, then gave it it's polished coat and painted, and within one week it was like it never happened.
