Mold can be hard to detect in HVAC systems.

It is extremely important to have your HVAC system cleaned and maintained yearly. Most people will take out their permanent filters, wash and reinstall them.  Others take out their paper filters, discard and replace and think they are done. This is not the correct way to fully clean and maintain your system.  Your system should be cleaned and maintained on a regular basis.
