I highly recommend this company. I had a fire with water damage from the fire department. After SERVPRO got there they took care of everything. The foreman Jimmy made sure everything was to our liking. The owner (Robert) showed up every day to make sure there was never any issues. They dealt with the adjuster when they found addition sheet rock that needed to be replaced and other issues. They cleaned everything, walls, furniture, duct work you name it. The crew was great with anything that I asked them to do. They found problems in the A/C unit that I did not know about. They worked for about a week taking care of everything. I can not find even one thing to complain about their work. I hope I never need them again but if I did it would definitely be this company.

We had a fire in our Pet Hotel, Robert and his crew showed up and were ready to go. We had requested certain times and areas be done according to our schedule and everything was accommodated. Soup to nuts, everything including the complete air duct system was cleaned and disinfected, highly recommend SERVPRO of Babylon/Deer Park.

Had SERVPRO  of Babylon/ Deer Park come in to address a odor problem, we have had for a while and could not identify it or get rid of it, we tried removing carpets washing down items and no matter what we did, the odor would not go away. We called in Robert, owner of SERVPRO near us, he evaluated and investigated our building and air filtration system, and found the cause to be coming from the air filtration and under the stage. The system was cleaned, disinfected and an odor neutralizer was used. All we have been getting is compliments on how fresh and clean everything seems to be. We returned to work on Monday to what we thought was going to be a nightmare for our business. Sewage had backed up into our work area where 90% of our production is performed. The smell was disgusting as we sent everyone home. After discussing the situation and figuring we would be shut down for weeks, we decided to call in a professional.
